Return and Exchange Policy

At Fumba Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This page outlines your return and exchange rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty. To exercise this right, you only need to send us a written notice within this period.
2. Return Conditions
The product to be returned must: • Be unused and in resalable condition, • Have its original packaging and tags intact, • Be accompanied by the invoice or order details, • Be undamaged and complete. All our products are eligible for return; there are no products excluded from return rights.
3. Shipping and Return Costs
If the issue is caused by us (defective, faulty, or incorrectly shipped product), the return shipping cost is fully covered by Fumba Home. For customer-driven returns (wrong product, wrong color, or wrong size selected by the customer), the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. 5. Refund Process
Once the returned product reaches us and is inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. For credit card payments, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
6. Exchanges
You can request size, color, or model changes within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is out of stock, you may choose to exchange it for a similar product or receive a full refund.

8. Legal Rights
This policy is prepared in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
